Opening Orders:

Opening Order Minimum: $100.00 USD

Re-order Minimum: $75.00 USD

Product Minimums: 6 units per SKU (design)

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal via our invoicing system. Payments are due at the time of shipment. Net terms are available to accounts in good standing by request.

Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground from Boulder, CO. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Turn-around Time:

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. Holiday orders (such as Mother’s Day) may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days. If you need an order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Backorders:

Backordered products will be noted at the time of order or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available.

Refunds & Returns:

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made to art@mikailamaidment.com within 5 business days of receipt of product.
